We are Ava and Lily Weinstein, 9th and 10th graders at Roslyn High School looking for a way to help out during these hard times. This pandemic has been scary and hard for everyone, especially for the elderly who are at the highest risk. The vaccine now gives us some hope. Unfortunately, registration for vaccination is difficult and often involves online registration and appointments. This is difficult for many people who aren’t very computer savvy. We experienced this first hand helping our grandparents who struggled for hours trying to register for the vaccine. The COVID-19 vaccine is available, but only to those that know how to navigate the system. To register for the vaccine it also may require calling health centers that just send you in circles. We are ready to help! We want to make it as easy as possible for those who are eligible to be vaccinated. We will do the work to register you online after we talk and get the necessary information from you.
